Intensive Support

3 month minimum commitment
For more complex or highly reactive cases requiring closer clinical oversight, more frequent adjustments, and higher levels of support throughout the implementation process.
This option is designed for clients who need a more hands on support structure while navigating deeper or more sensitive phases of work
Includes:
• Monthly 60 minute review session
• Ongoing messenger support Monday–Friday
• Priority responses during working hours
• Additional protocol adjustments between sessions where clinically appropriate
• Support during symptom flares, treatment changes, or more intensive phases of work
• Continued refinement, sequencing, and troubleshooting throughout the month
Ideal If:
• your symptoms are highly reactive, severe, or unpredictable
• you feel overwhelmed implementing changes alone
• your case requires closer monitoring and regular adjustments
• you benefit from higher levels of accountability and support
• you are moving through a more intensive stage of gut, hormone, nervous system, or detoxification work

Precision Review

Designed for previous clients who would benefit from a focused reassessment without entering a longer support container.​​
This session is intended to help clarify what is currently driving symptoms, identify what may no longer be working, and refine the next stage of your strategy with greater precision.
Includes:
• Review of current symptoms, progress, and obstacles
• Assessment of current supplements, nutrition and protocol approach
• Interpretation of any relevant updates or recent results
• Refinement of priorities and sequencing
• Clear recommendations for next steps
